Our Chiropodists
Darryl Cohen – Chiropodist and Clinic Director: Registered with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario, Darryl Cohen first entered the profession of Podiatry in South Africa in 1995. He has special interests in sports injuries, diabetic foot care, biomechanics of the lower limb, pediatric foot care, and custom-made orthotics. Darryl uses use the latest technology in the prescription and measuring for custom-made orthotics.
Lester Bendix – Chiropodist: After completing his Bachelor of Science, Honours degree in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario, Lester went on to study Chiropody at the Michener Institute. Lester is a registered chiropodist in good standing with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario. Lester continues to educate himself in the newest and most effective lines of treatment by regularly attending seminars and conferences for healthcare professionals.
Kevin Joy – Chiropodist: Kevin graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Kinesiology and Health Science. Kevin completed his Chiropody training at the Michener Institute and is a registered chiropodist in good standing with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario. Kevin looks forward to using his education and training to helping patients lead happier and healthier lives through educating, treating, and managing various foot conditions and ailments.
Talia Finkelstein – Chiropodist: After completing a Bachelor of Science Specialized Honours degree in Kinesiology and Health Science, Talia went on to complete the Chiropody Program at the Michener Institute. Talia is a registered chiropodist in good standing with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario. Talia has a special interest in biomechanics, and surgery and looks forward to help you put your best foot forward. Talia is available for appointments at the Thornhill location.
