The Paediatric Biomechanical Clinic is dedicated to the assessment and treatment of biomechanical disorders of the foot. Gait appraisal, clinical appearance, physical examination, and symptoms are the basis for assessment and are used in determining the appropriate treatment. Where indicated, the shape of the foot and underlying mechanics are measured using the Envisic Laser Digital Scanner to make a custom orthotic.
