Chiropody Foot Care: We offer foot care to deal with foot conditions and help maintain proper foot health. Our Chiropodists can assist you in dealing with:
- Corns/Calluses
- Toenail maintenance
- Warts
- Cysts/Ulcers
- Ingrown toenails
- Nail fungus
- Cracked heels/Dry skin
- Diabetic foot care
- Foot pain inspections – as well as knee and leg pain, as they can often be linked to needing orthotics.
Day-Surgery: Day-surgeries can be carried out by our Chiropodists to deal with a number of issues. They generally take about half an hour, in that time the Chiropodist will freeze and operate on the area of concern. Some day-surgeries may deal with:
- Plantars warts
- Nail removal
- Ingrown Toenails
These surgeries are done through various methods, including Laser Matrisectomy.
Custom Made Orthotics: We offer full pedorthic assessments to determine whether a custom-made orthotic is right for your foot. Our orthotics are made using 3D casting techniques. Orthotics are designed to align the foot and ankle into the most anatomically efficient position, alleviating undue stress and pathologies.
Compression Stockings: If you suffer from general leg fatigue, varicose veins, or swelling, we offer both off-the-shelf and prescribed stockings. Let our staff assess whether a stocking is right for you. We offer the widest selection of styles and colours having something for everyone.
Custom and Off-the-Shelf Bracing: Our qualified staff is highly trained to provide you with a vast assortment of both custom and off-the-shelf bracing options. We specialize in but are not limited to, custom gauntlets, Ritchie braces, and AFOs (Ankle foot orthotics).
Orthopaedic Footwear: We offer a wide selection of orthopaedic footwear and always have a pedorthist on staff to help guide you through the fitting process. We are happy to help you select the best shoe for your foot to ensure maximum comfort and pain relief.
